Humanicare - Whitestone - Hartmann

For our customers who have been purchasing Dignity incontience products for years, there are a lot of changes taking place.  So far the changes are only to the disposable products within the Dignity product line.  The changes are a  result of the Hartmann purchase of Humicare/Whitestone.

The packaging and products that have been familiar from Humanicare International days are changing.  The packaging is changing more than the products themselves.  But the names are changing which makes it very confusing.

The product Dignity Thinserts name has changed to Dignity Thins.  This is a popular disposable absorbent product for both men and women and is intended for light urinary incontinence.  They can be attached to your regular underwear via the adhesive strip on the bottom of the pad, or inserted into underwear with built in waterproof barriers.

We will keep you updated as the changes take place and the product line is updated.

  1. It is confusing. Tried to buy the disposable pads I've been using for years - and poof! they're gone. Call to ElderStore and talk with nice lady there set me straight. She said it was difficult for them too.
